An industrial design and invention studio

We turn big ideas into purposeful products for people & planet.

We collaborate with you to create real products for real people, crafted around how we live and the planet we live on. All from our studio & workshop on the west coast of Ireland.

Lets Get Checked

A next generation at-home health testing device that uses a gentle vacuum to draw 600uL of blood from the upper arm in minutes.

Using a hyper-human-centered approach we transformed an engineering proof-of-concept into a product that lives up to its innovation.

OTHERS

A circular design collaboration, #WastetoWaves transforms HDPE milk bottles into unique and functional bodysurfing handplanes.

By creating a sustainable pathway for our partners’ waste, #WastetoWaves also closes the loop on a number of our shared passions in coffee, surf, sustainability and design.

Lets Get Checked

The Lets Get Checked engineering team developed a novel technology to improve fingertip blood flow using gentle vibration and a discreet tourniquet.

Through extensive user testing, we transformed this concept into an intuitive product, ensuring accurate positioning and seamless usability.

Panasonic

Panasonic challenged us to explore how an ageing European population perceives and interacts with technology. This understanding drove the creation of new phone archetypes, built on inherent but un-patronising usability.

thinking through making

Our approach is human-centered and curious.
We research, think, experiment, prototype, iterate, test and develop — working closely with our clients to discover opportunities and design better products.

Our process is idea and material driven.
Central to our approach lies our workshop and the design exploration that can only take place through making.

To do big work, we’ve stayed small
Being small is intentional. It means being agile, focused, and deeply involved in every project that comes through our studio doors.
